Our internal system to prevent errors from making it to our live gameshows is complex and includes a carrot-and-stick approach on 2 levels. Our question writers are incentivized against allowing incorrect questions and answers to get through, but since 2010 we have added a second layer of security... we call him, "the scrubber."

Our scrubber is incentivized to LOCATE errors from our writers. Our scrubber is bonused when he discovers an error and prevents it from getting out to our live games.
