According to a report from workhuman.com, regular social interaction among staff promotes a feeling of happiness and accomplishment that culminates in higher job-satisfaction and reduced turnover.
The report suggests that adding a “cause” to company-organized social connecting is the ingredient
that brings the most benefit to all.
In their report, 12 Surefire Tips to Reduce Employee Turnover, Tip #8 says; "Happiness may sound a bit soft and squishy to many execs, but the numbers behind it are anything but. Employee happiness is a key indicator of job satisfaction, absenteeism and alignment with values–just for starters. Investing in the happiness of your employees will pay dividends in engagement, productivity and yes, retention."
and Tip #4 says "Encourage pro-social behavior in your employees. When they are given the opportunity to connect with one another through acts of generosity and the expression of gratitude, employees will be healthier, happier, and less likely to fly the coop. And by encouraging them to be on the lookout for good behaviors to commend, you give people a sense of ownership of the company."

A: Yes! We provide the correct-sized Professional P.A. System to meet your audience and ambient needs.
Q: Can our company utilize your sound system for our purposes such as awards, announcements, speakers, etc.?
A: Yes! You can save money by requesting use of our equipment for your entire event rather then pay a sound rental company. We also offer video projection.
Q: Do you offer anything besides "Trivia" for corporate events?
A: Yes! We have 5 different events. "Survey Sez..." is like that feuding TV game show, we have another trivia option which involves all multiple-choice answers, our popular "Speed Bingo" and the now-ubiquitous Music Bingo event we call Play That Funky Music Bingo.
Q: How far in advance do we need to book you?
A: As soon as possible. We have two Corporate Events Teams and we book dates on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q: How far do you travel?
A: We can take our road shows anywhere in the continental United States! We are based in the Mid-Atlantic region.
